Snozz Refund Policy
1, Unless specifically agreed otherwise in advance, all purchases are final & refunds will not be made on advanced payment of web hosting services or domain name registration.
2, In the case of website transfer from another provider, your invoice is generated and paid after your services with snozz are confirmed as working, thus any prepaid hosting you purchase is not refundable or transferable. we provide a discount for payments made yearly in advance, this allows us to allocate those funds to the continual expansion of our network & as such we’re unable to refund your plan due to “change of mind”
3, Technical Fault compensation, At our discretion if a fault arises on our network we will provide you with a credit equal to or greater than the cost of the time period where you encountered these issues. we are unable to cancel & refund web hosting plans due to minor technical faults.
4, We will assist where major technical faults have been caused by you, we will usually do this without charge or levy a small charge that will be advised & agreed in advance. where a major technical fault has been caused by us and not resolved in a satisfactory time, we will in limited circumstances provide you with a pro-rate refund for time unused (yearly plans are excluded, a credit will instead be offered on the account)
